A fallen tree tore straight through the roof and into the home, leaving the structure open to the elements. Kinler Services handled the full scope: emergency tarping, structural framing and a complete roof rebuild, new insulation and drywall, and a full interior restoration that brought the home back better than before.

The kitchen was reconfigured and rebuilt from the studs out. This full kitchen renovation covered custom cabinet installation, quartz countertop installation, a tile backsplash, updated lighting, and modern appliances, creating an open, functional space built for everyday life.

The living and dining areas were opened up and refinished end to end, new flooring, fresh paint, trim, and lighting throughout, for a bright, connected space that flows from the front door to the kitchen.

An unused attic was framed, insulated, and finished into bright bonus living space. Vaulted ceilings, new flooring, recessed lighting, and a dormer window turned wasted square footage into a comfortable, everyday room.

The bedrooms were fully refreshed with new flooring, insulation, drywall, paint, and trim, comfortable, move-in-ready spaces finished to match the rest of the home.

The bathrooms were renovated from top to bottom: countertop installation, new vanities, updated fixtures, modern lighting, tile installation, and plumbing upgrades created clean, modern spaces built to last.
