I was referred to Bryson from an old high school buddy of mine when my home suffered damage from a car fire. Bryson was very accommodating, professional and a true expert throughout the entire process. Dealing with the insurance company was a pain at times, but he diligently navigated those conversations that supported me, as the client and ensured I was not stuck being even more inconvenienced. There we some unexpected hiccups (nothing major) but Bryson made sure that everything, from all of his vendors were completed in a timely manner, professionally and with quality. Where things may have not met his or my standard of completion, he ensured it was replaced or refinished also at no expense, (money or time) to me. Projects are challenging. Obstacles occur. After a tree fell on our house and caused significant damage, we were thrown into a situation that was stressful, overwhelming, and completely unexpected. From the very beginning, Bryson made the entire process so much easier for us. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly communicative every step of the way. The quality of the work they did repairing our home was outstanding. They handled everything with great attention to detail and made sure every part of the project was done right—and anything that was missed they came back to ensure it was corrected quickly. You can really tell they take pride in their work. What truly set him apart, though, was how helpful he was during the insurance process. Anyone who has dealt with a major insurance claim knows how complicated and frustrating it can be, but he guided us through it and made sure we understood what was happening at every stage. He was patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions, which made a huge difference during such a stressful time. Communication throughout the entire project was excellent. He kept us updated regularly, was transparent about timelines, and was always responsive whenever we needed something. It really felt like he was looking out for us and wanted to make sure everything was handled properly. Going through something like a tree falling on your home is never something you want to experience, but having a contractor like this on your side makes all the difference. Their professionalism, craftsmanship, and support throughout the process were truly exceptional. I would absolutely recommend Kinler to anyone needing home repairs or restoration work. We were hit by the tornado and suffered both interior and exterior damage. Bryson and his team came to the rescue. They made sure that we understood everything and were informed. Communication was above and beyond. I cannot say enough good things about this team.
